Any unauthorized use of any Web Content may violate any domestic and/or international copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Product Representation

We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Due to the nature of mass-manufacturing process, products with minor imperfections that do not affect the outlook and function of the products are not deemed as faulty. This includes, but is not limited to, slight asymmetry/ misalignment, slight scratches and slight printing imperfections. The above stated are non-eligible for exchanges.

Incorrect or Defective Merchandise

Buying things online can be tricky sometimes. If your purchases arrived damaged or are incorrect, please contact us within 48hours at info.metanoialifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the defect so we may assist you.

• Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited into your account and an exchange for the exact same design will be processed.
• All defective items are to reach us within 14 calendar days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 28 calendar days for international orders. Items must be unopened and unused and in their original packaging.
• If the correct item(s) you originally purchased is/are sold out, we reserve the right to issue store credit to your account instead,
• We do not have a cash refund policy.

If the above conditions are not met, Metanoia Lifestyle reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for for the items to be shipped back to you.

Metanoia Lifestyle reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute, Metanoia Lifestyle reserves the right of final decision.
