Orders are processed and dispatched from our office within 2-3 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays), upon receipt/ verification of payment. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily from the date of the order, but we will try our best to be as quick as we can with your orders.
Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delayed delivery.
Free shipping within Singapore for purchases $60 and above.

For local registered delivery, tracking number will be provided to you via email once the parcel has been dispatched.No certificate of posting will be provided for SingPost Ordinary Mail option and there is a risk of lost mail. Metanoia Lifestyle will not be liable for any non-tracked shipments.
Metanoia Lifestyle ships worldwide! Overseas shipping will be charged according to weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out. All international orders are handled by registered postal service and have trackable shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you may track your package with the tracking number which will be provided to you via email and be updated in your account accordingly.

If your country is not included in the address list at checkout or if you require a faster shipping option (Speedpost EMS, FedEx, DHL, etc), please contact us at info.metanoialifestyle@gmail.com prior to placing your order and we will make the arrangements for you accordingly.
Items available for pre-order will be dispatched as soon as possible after the expected delivery date. Orders will not be refunded due to any delays from suppliers outside of our control.
In the case that multiple items have been ordered along with the pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order has been received into the warehouse. We are unable to split orders.
For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties. These may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
If the delivery of your order fails for any reasons and your order is returned to us (e.g. incorrect delivery address provided or left unclaimed), we would be happy to arrange for the re-delivery of your order, subject to you paying for any further delivery costs.
We reserve the right to terminate your order should you repeatedly fail to take delivery.To avoid delays, please ensure that a representative is available at the stipulated delivery address during working hours to sign for your package.
We do not accept responsibility for delay or lost in transits. We are only responsible to the point of posting the items to the addresses provided.
